Limitations:
VISA and MASTERCARD issued in foreign countries do not work within Russia. For this reason, payments within the country must be made in cash.
Only 7 banks are affected by the sanctions that exclude them from the SWIFT system. The rest of the banks do not have any restrictions.
At the moment social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok only work using a VPN. Communication applications such as Telegram and Whatsapp work normally.
