Day 2. St. Petersburg

Continue to Vasilievsky Island, the former port and university district, with views of St. Isaac’s Cathedral and its golden dome.

Proceed to the Summer Garden, then stop at Mars Field, featuring the Eternal Flame and panoramic views of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.

Visit the Peter and Paul Fortress, the historical core of the city and the first building of St. Petersburg, founded in 1703 — the official founding date of the city.

Day 3. St. Petersburg

In the morning, visit the State Hermitage Museum, located in the former Winter Palace, the imperial residence of the Russian Tsars.

The Hermitage is one of the largest museums in the world, housing over 3 million works of art, including collections of painting, sculpture, porcelain, jewelry, antiquities, weapons, coins, and rare books.

In the afternoon, excursion to Catherine Palace and Park in Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo), located 30 km from St. Petersburg.

The palace, originally an imperial residence, was named after Catherine I, wife of Peter the Great, and later became a favorite residence of Catherine II.

The highlight of the visit is the world-famous Amber Room, fully restored and reopened in 2003 for the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg.

Proceed to the Raifa Monastery, one of the most important Orthodox monasteries in the region.
